The breakfast here is amazing, seriously top-notch! 🍳 the staff was friendly and nice. My room was really great with a cool European decor that I loved.

We had a great weekend stay in a bright deluxe queen room that had central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television.

With the picture I was thinking to have a bath tub, and rhat was not the case. And during the night, we did not have hot water, but we had during the next morning.

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfasts were good! The special rate we got was good also.
The staff was not well prepared, well informed, and did not inspire great confidence. The shower design was awful, leading to our bathroom flooding after every shower. We got s special rate, the normal rates are way too high for what the hotel offers.

The location is marvelous and stunning, with a roofless night club just across the street and a 5-minute walk from Zona Rosa. the staff were polite and ensured that everything was brand-new. - the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious and exceptionally nice.

Only one iron for the whole hotel! Radio in room didn't work and when reported it still never got fixed! Maid service was not good!

Easy access to public transportation and well situated when it comes to shopping and dining out ,
-Nice looks, up dated, but very unconfortable. -Oriented to a very specific market(gay), which would be a smart if it was a wider one.I´m gay and 47.....I do not feel this hotel can host people over 60 y.o. Neather can be the right option for families. -Employees are loud and not very descreet. -The cafeteria was rather messy and the food was not managed properly behind the counter. The "waiters" used their hands while displaying cheese and ham and it was obvios the boxes and products had not a better place to be stored....I do not want to think about how the kitchen(behind doors) would be like -I request a quiet room, not over looking the street. That´s not what I got... -Recommending Valentina would be complicated; I would have to pick the right person.

This place is brand-new, clean, and located in a wonderful spot in a lively neighborhood; the breakfast was satisfying, the room was beautiful and well-lit, with a clean bathroom and good drainage in the showers.

Enchanting small hotel, perfect views, awesome location to National car rental. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean room with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television. The bedroom was spacious and the staff lovely. Location just next door to a metro station, and Colonia Roma and Av. For tea or coffee visit Garabatos nearby.

The rooms here are really nice and have everything you need - super comfy beds, a TV with lots of channels, AC or heating, and a safe to keep your things secure. the vibe is modern and there's also a private bathroom 😃.

Convenience of location. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Very noisy neighborhood. Could hear everything through the windows, despite them being closed. Need more soundproofing.

Absolutely nothing
We booked a specific room three months prior to departure, at the arrival they told us the room was not available. The room was dirty (sheets, carpet and sofa) No heating in the room, we request at least an extra blanket. After two hours still no blanket, we had to go down to the reception and request it again. Breakfast very poor. Receptionists unqualified. I absolute no recommend this hotel.
